Online Consultation
1 hour - £70

Online consultations can be useful when distance is far and it’s not possible to meet in person. Depending on the topic you wish to discuss an online consultation may be all that’s needed. They can be ideal for questions related to breastfeeding older babies and children such as going back to work, stopping breastfeeding, sleep etc. But they do have limitations, especially when working with positioning and attachment or observing a feed. It’s also not possible to weigh your baby or complete an oral assessment, which may sometimes be necessary. I may ask you to send pictures or videos before the consultation. Includes a written feeding plan and email/telephone follow up.

Returning to work while breastfeeding can feel overwhelming, but with the right plan, it doesn’t have to be. This personalised consultation is designed to support you in confidently balancing work, childcare, and your feeding goals, whatever they may be.

You’ll receive practical guidance on negotiating feeding needs with your employer, understanding your rights, and creating a plan that works within your role and workplace environment. We’ll talk through expressing in detail — including how to express, what equipment to use, when and how often to pump, expected volumes, storage, and building a sustainable routine. Includes a written feeding plan and email/telephone follow up.

Stopping breastfeeding
1 hour - £80

Deciding to stop breastfeeding can bring up a wide range of emotions — from relief and confidence to uncertainty or guilt. This consultation is designed to offer thoughtful, non-judgemental support as you reflect on your decision and move towards a weaning process that feels right for you and your child.

We will develop a gentle, realistic plan that will centre your needs alongside the needs of your child, recognising that both matter equally. This support is available regardless of how your breastfeeding journey has looked so far — there is no “right” way to wean, only the way that works best for you and your child. Includes a written feeding plan and email/telephone follow up.
